AJ Safety Docs is a product operated by AJ Safety, a trading name of Andris Jekabsons.
AJ Safety Docs is a documentation compilation and drafting tool. It helps you produce a Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS) document from the task information you provide, using a combination of a curated hazard/control-measure library and an AI assistant that drafts wording based on your input.
It is not a health and safety consultancy, does not inspect your site or verify site conditions in person, and does not replace the judgement of a person competent in health and safety for the work being carried out.
Under the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and related UK regulations, the legal duty to ensure work is planned, managed and carried out safely rests with the employer, principal contractor, and the appointed Competent Person for that work — not with any software used to help prepare paperwork.
Using this service does not transfer or reduce that responsibility. In practice, a document produced here should always go through these steps before anyone relies on it:

Hazards, method statement drafts, and suggested control measures may be generated with the help of an AI model. This content is a starting draft, not a certified or independently verified safety assessment. AI-generated suggestions can be incomplete, generic, or wrong for your specific task — including for specialist or high-risk work — and must be reviewed, corrected, and completed by a competent person before the document is used.
Where the service flags a task as requiring specialist input, that flag is a prompt to seek appropriate expertise — it does not mean the rest of the document has been independently verified as adequate, and its absence does not mean a task is simple or low-risk.
The current price for a generated document is shown on the site at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; AJ Safety Docs does not store your card details. Access to download the finished document is unlocked either by completing the short feedback questions or by payment, as presented on the page at the time.
From time to time the service may run introductory or promotional pricing (for example, a limited-time "Founding Program"). Any such pricing is shown on the relevant page and does not change the terms below.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. By purchasing this custom-generated document, you consent to immediate digital supply and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day "cooling-off" right to cancel.
Refunds will not be issued for a "change of mind" or if a Principal Contractor rejects the document (site access decisions remain strictly between you and site management, as detailed above under Human responsibility and the Competent Person).
However, if the generated digital file is corrupted, technically defective, or our system fails to deliver the document after payment has been processed, you are fully entitled to a replacement or a full refund. Please contact support immediately if a technical failure occurs.
AJ Safety Docs is an early-stage product operated by a sole trader. Features, pricing, and document templates may change as the service develops. We aim to give reasonable notice of any change that affects a document you've already paid for, but the service is provided without guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
AJ Safety Docs is provided on the basis described above: as a documentation drafting tool, reviewed and approved by a human before use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AJ Safety accepts no liability for any accident, injury, loss, or breach of health and safety regulation arising from work carried out using a document generated through this service, where that document was not properly reviewed, adapted, and signed off by a Competent Person as described above.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
The task description, site details, and other information you enter remain yours. The generated document is provided to you to use for your own project. The underlying software, hazard/control-measure library, templates, and branding remain the property of AJ Safety and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed as a competing service.
This service is for genuine construction and related work planning. Do not use it to generate documentation for work you do not intend to carry out safely and legally, to misrepresent site conditions, or to attempt to circumvent the specialist-work flag or any other safeguard built into the service.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
